1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, this judgment has become final and conclusive against the above defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an owner operating a G indoor fishing place in the militaryposi and two parcels (E, F), and Defendant B and Defendant C are employees of the above fishing place.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant opened a gambling place from January 1, 2016 to February 4, 2016, purchased 10,000 magls in the above indoor fishing place and put them into a water tank. The Defendant installed 8 CCTV for monitoring police officers’ entry and exit in the fishing place, and 170,000 won (40,000 won for the above fishing place) entrance fees from the customers who found the above fishing place, and collected 30,000 won (30,000 won for the above fishing place) entrance fees from the customers who found the above fishing place, and 1,70,000 won for the above customers with heavy water height (3,00,000 won for the weekend), 2,000,000 won for the above fishing place (5,000,000 won for the weekend) and 1.3,50,000 won for the admission tickets (5,000,000 won for the admission tickets).

Accordingly, the Defendant opened a gambling place for profit-making purposes.

(b) A person who intends to operate a fishing place business on the waters of the grounds of violation of fishing management and promotion shall register with the competent authority;

The Defendant, without registering with the competent authority from November 7, 2015 to February 4, 2016, installed 146 chairss on the plastic houses of the size of 2,215 square meters in the above place of private waters, from around November 7, 2015 to around February 4, 2016, purchased 10,000 straws and put them into a water tank, and made them fish with an admission fee collected from customers.

Accordingly, the defendant did not register a fishing place business.

The Defendant in violation of the Special Measures Act on the Establishment and Management of Areas subject to Development Restriction shall install a vinyl with a size of 1,247 square meters by using steel pipe, vinyl, etc. at the above place, which is a development restriction zone, from the beginning of December 2015 to the end of January 2016, and shall create a gravel of 25 metric truck with a size of 1,247 square meters among the above places, which is 575 square meters and D with a size of 575 square meters and 624 square meters of the F field among the above places.
