Punishment of the crime

3. On August 28, 2017, around 08:35, the Defendant: (a) Hayang-si left two female students who were living in the J Apartment-si, Jan-si, with the right side of a flusium where many unspecified people pass through; and (b) her sexual flag.

4. On August 28, 2017, at around 08:45, the Defendant: (a) she was suffering from a criminal suspect who was passing through by many unspecified people in K on a river following a river in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; and (b) her sexual flag.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a patently obscene act four times.
