A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a car with Crato.

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant, at around 06:20, driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.104% on the roads of the Korea Gas Corporation located in front of the Korea Gas Corporation located in 294 without obtaining a driver’s license, and driven the said car at about 40 km from the ridge to the ridge, along with a speed of about 40 km.

Since the place is a two-lane road from which the center line of yellow domin line is installed, there was a duty of care to ensure that drivers should thoroughly operate the front line and safely drive the car line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while driving at a roadside while under the influence of alcohol, was due to the negligence of the centering on the center line of the Defendant, shocked the front part of the victim D's E driver's vehicle E in the opposite direction of the Defendant to the front part of the car of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as cage cages at 10 times on the right side, which requires approximately eight weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, and driving Cradoned Radon car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.104%.
