1. Defendant A’s crime on April 5, 2018: (a) around 15:00 on April 5, 2018, the Defendant committed the instant crime to the victim E at the D Center Examination Chapter in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, around 15:00 on April 5, 2018, “The amount of destroyed goods to be supplied is 90 million won, and there is a lack of KRW 20 million.

If a person lends KRW 20 million, he/she will pay KRW 30 million up to April 21, 2018, including interest remaining after adjusting the auction price.

However, the defendant did not have any particular property, while he was liable for the debt equivalent to KRW 70 million, and was thought to use the money to repay the existing debt from the damaged party. However, even if he borrowed money from the injured party, he did not have any intention or ability to repay it.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 22,200,00 from the G Association account (H) in the name of F used by the Defendant from the injured party.

2. Defendant A’s crime of April 14, 2018, the Defendant stated that “on the face of lending a card, he would make payment in cash later” to the victim around 19:00 on April 14, 2018. However, the Defendant did not have any particular property as stated in paragraph 1, while he was liable for considerable debts. However, even if he lent a card from the victim, he did not have any intent or ability to pay the amount.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received the I card from the injured party; and (c) settled the amount equivalent to KRW 755,000 around April 15, 2018; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount by failing to pay the amount.

On October 30, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for fraud on November 28, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on November 28, 2014.

[Defendant B is a person who is working as the president of the JJ from January 19, 2016.
