A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2015, at around 21:20, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol on D in front of the road located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Mapopo-si, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the two-time tear, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment on the victim, by putting the victim’s face into drinking once, and putting the victim’s head into a beer disease on the side, and putting about two weeks of treatment.
