A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2020, the Defendant driven a D Coin-style sports vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.085% from the 1km section from the front line B, Gangwon-gun, Seoul-do, to the front line of the same military branch C at approximately 1km.

2. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a sports vehicle in D Coindo.

On October 27, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, such as the preceding port around 20:40 on October 27, 2020, and driven the road of one lane in front of the Gangwon-gun C in the direction of the king-do in the direction of the king-do.
