Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2017, from around 22:53 to 02:43 the following day, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in a Japan-dong, the police did not actively resolve his civil petitions, and reported the call to the police office 80 times (12 times the dispatch report, 68 times the non-delivery report), thereby obstructing the police officers from performing their duties.
