If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee in charge of accounting affairs, etc. in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government "D Company", and is a person who actually operates the said D Company upon delegation from the first half of January 2013 to April 16, 2013 by the representative E of the said D Company.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products, in collusion with E, from September 2012 to April 16, 2013, manufactured and sold red ginseng beverage products, such as “F”, “G”, and “H,” at the place of business of the said DD company, and displayed a false indication of the origin of agricultural products on the product packaging, etc., by indicating the origin of agricultural products, even though he/she used approximately 600 km of domestic products, during the use of approximately 70 to 80 ml average of 45ml per one gambling event.

2. From July 2013 to August 8, 2013, the Defendant violated the Food Sanitation Act, in collusion with E, manufactured 50 boxes of red ginseng beverage 50ml 120ml 1, “I” at the place of business of the pertinent DD company (80ml 1,20ml 1,00ml 1,00ml 120ml 1,00ml 120ml 1,00ml 1,00, and made a mixture of red ginseng instead of red ginseng concentrate, and indicated that “red red ginseng concentrate (5ml 70ml ,70g/g, high 60m or more)” on food in the material name and ingredient content column of the product packing.
