Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a Brane car.

On May 26, 2010, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 10:40 on May 26, 2010, and led the Defendant to drive the said car along the intersection in front of the DNA telecom in Busan, Seo-gu C from the right side of the road.
