A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report falsely to a public official any crime or accident that has not been reported.

Nevertheless, on June 18, 2017, the Defendant posted a telephone from 20:24 to 112 in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and carried on illegal money exchange business in the CPc room located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
