Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 28, 2018, the Defendant found one female c 300,000 won in cash, which includes the “C’s loss of the victim D in the preceding street,” and E bank body c ke cards, etc. in Jinju-si B, Jinju-si.

Defendant 1 did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired articles to the victim and embezzled the article on his own mind.
