Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who was a victim B (n, 43 years of age) and a person who had a relationship with him.
1. Crimes around May 17, 2020;
A. 3. 2020. 7. 3.경 범행 피고인은 2020. 7. 3. 16:00경 제2항 기재 장소에서, 그곳 공동 현관문을 통하여 위 주거지 앞으로 찾아가 피해자에게 교제를 요구하며 위 주거지 현관문을 손으로 수회 두드리고, 발로 수회 걷어찼다.
