Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the defendants, the two-year period from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided an explanation from C to C, E, etc. on the pipelines buried in the FYasan City, Seosan-si, Seosan, Seo-gu, Daejeon, that the oil was stolen from the pipelines located in the Doksan, using the Dokdong oil facilities; (b) received the request from G operating the Dokdong with a view to identifying the place where the oil was sold; (c) offered a proposal to purchase the said petroleum; and (d) consented by G, by notifying G of the contact point of D, etc., the Defendant assisted the purchase of the said petroleum.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the acquisition of stolen property G.

2. Defendant B (transporting stolens) from around June 4, 2017

6. From around 30, G’s instruction and brought H 5,000-liter home oil tank to the J Hospital’s parking lot located in Seosan City, Seosan. If D et al. used the K tower with oil tanks loaded at the late night or new wall hours to transport the above oil tank to the above oil tank, the above oil tank again transported 15,00-liter in total via transporting the said tank to the “Lriter pine tree point”, “M station”, etc.

In addition, from around July 2017 to around November 17, 2017, the Defendant transported stolen goods by using the above H 5,000-liter home oil of KRW 491,351,80 in total amount equivalent to the market price of KRW 491,351,800 in the above method using the home log of the above H 5,000-liter home from around September 201 to around November 17, 201.
