Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highly 1700] The Defendant is the owner of a detached house (ware) with a size of 58.85 square meters located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

When constructing a building, the head of a Si/Gun shall report it, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report to the head of Ulsan-gun, and newly constructed a single house (ware) with 25.8 square meters per floor, 23.05 square meters per floor, and 58.85 square meters in total area in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, by using the container stuff, a middle-sized high-level panel, etc. from April to September 5, 2013 to September 2013.

[2015 Highly 1702] The defendant is a person who raises farming houses in Ulsan-gun D, Ulsan-gun, and raises a spathic dog.

Any person who raises a dog shall have the duty of care to control him/her so that he/she does not harm any other person by putting the dog in the dog or wearing protective outfits, such as a dog, etc.
