Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, on February 3014, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer of a motor vehicle until November 30, 2016 after the acquisition of the vehicle by paying 4 million won in cash for the last car of the vehicle C registered in the name of B at the Nowon-si in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.
