Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are members of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Irregulars Association under the National Federation of the Democratic Trade Union.

On July 22, 2010, 2010, the Hyundai Motor Branch decided that the Supreme Court should convert workers M of the in-house subcontractor company belonging to the Ulsan Factory Co., Ltd. into regular workers of the Hyundai Motor Corporation, and then requested the Hyundai Motor Corporation to convert workers belonging to the in-house subcontractor company to employees belonging to the Hyundai Motor Corporation.
