A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for fraud in the Suwon District Court Pyeongtaek Housing Site, and completed the execution of the above punishment on October 20, 2014.

1. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, the Defendant: (b) called “Aham to the Goyang Police Station”; (c) on the front day of the Park Don Hospital in Pyeongtaek-si; and (d) called “Aham to the Goyang Police Station.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the cost even if he was provided with the taxi operation service from the victim due to no means of payment such as cash or credit card.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim operate the said taxi, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to 128,660 won from the same amount by being provided with the 128,660 won of the fare up to the front of the Goyang-gu Goyang-gu Goyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, the destination of which is the Goyang-gu.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim and allowing the victim to operate the above taxi, provided the victim with the taxi operating service equivalent to 95,200 won of the fee up to the front of the Ansan Police Station located in the Ansan Police Station, where the destination is known.

3. On November 25, 2014, around 06:40, the Defendant: (a) boarded in the Pyeongtaek-si Public Terminal platform located in Pyeongtaek-si-si; and (b) told the victim G to “Asi in the Goyang-si Police Station”; and (c) called “Asi in the Goyang-si Police Station.”

However, the defendant is a cash or credit card.
