1. The Plaintiff; Defendant A’s KRW 23,184,91; Defendant B’s KRW 21,432,253; and each of the said money, from April 29, 2013 to April 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1 of the parties concerned) The Plaintiff is Sungnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

) The council of occupants' representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "council of occupants' representatives of this case").

B) On August 31, 2008, an entrustment contract under the management business (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”) between the two parties (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”).

(2) Upon entering into a contract with the Plaintiff, the Defendants entered into an employment contract with the Plaintiff and took charge of management as the head of the management office of the instant apartment management office (hereinafter referred to as the “instant management office”). Defendant A served as the head of the management office from December 15, 2008 to June 30, 201, and Defendant B as the head of the management office from July 1, 201 to August 31, 2012.

3) From April 2007 to November 201, D performed duties as accounting staff at the instant management office, and was in charge of managing and withdrawing the funds of the instant apartment, such as deposit money for long-term repair appropriations, deposit money for parking facilities appropriation deposit, and deposit money for management expenses. (B) D has used the funds of the instant apartment by withdrawing money from the long-term repair deposit for the instant apartment from July 12, 201 to November 10, 201, and then depositing all or part of it later.

The amount of money appropriated for parking facilities on the date of subdivision embezzlement is KRW 73,961,210 on August 10, 201; KRW 242,00,000 on August 25, 2011; KRW 118,395,605 on October 15, 2011; KRW 13,000 on the management expenses of KRW 605 on September 13, 201; KRW 2,000 on October 24, 200,000 on September 24, 2011; KRW 450,056,815 on the aggregate of KRW 450,00 on November 10, 200, KRW 815 on the audit report of this case is the amount of KRW 450,056,815 on October 25, 201; however, this is the amount of money repaid to the council of occupants’ representatives.

2. The council of occupants' representatives of the instant case shall have its management office from June 1, 2009 to May 31, 201.
