B On June 22, 2012, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced four months of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and terminated on September 14, 2012 in Seoul Southern District Court.
1. The act of falsely applying for a visa or a visa issuance certificate, or acting as an intermediary for such act, to allow any foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea;
A. Defendant B, as a Chinese person, was aware of the fact that Defendant A, who frequently visited Korea for the purpose of medical tourism, was able to recruit Chinese people who want to enter Korea for employment purposes. On December 2012, Defendant B, who visited Defendant A, proposed that “A may invite Chinese people who want to enter Korea for employment purposes if paid KRW 3.5 million to B,” and that Defendant A, upon request of Chinese people to recruit Chinese people who want to enter Korea for employment purposes through a travel agency located north-west, introduced Defendant B’s passport copy, family head book, Chinese identification certificate, and deposit balance certificate, etc., and Defendant B, who knew that the above FF would have known that he want to enter Korea for employment purposes, introduced the above GF copy as if the head of Gyeonggi-do Hospital’s office knew that he would have known of the fact that the FF would have to enter Korea for employment purposes, thereby inducing the above GF copy to enter Korea, and thereby making it clear that the FNF copy was not known.
Accordingly, on April 4, 2013, as shown in attached Table 1, Defendant B requested the above E Hospital’s representative H to apply for a visa issuance certificate of the F Medical Tourism (C-3) at the place of production within the Incheon Immigration Office through the “Snet Korea (www. Ro.go. km)” which is the electronic data processing system for the visa issuance certificate.
