A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant employed a foreign woman to engage in sexual traffic with C (the detention charge on July 13, 2016), and ordered the female sex trafficking to engage in sexual traffic and to participate in sexual traffic at the female conference located in Daejeon, Daejeon, and to divide the price for the sexual traffic.

1. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, according to the above public offering, the Defendant, along with C on March 23, 2016, employed the Defendant by allowing C to engage in sexual traffic with many unspecified men and to pay the price in part, by allowing C to engage in sexual traffic with the nationality E and F, which do not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities around March 23, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant employed a person who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities in collusion with C.

2. According to the above public offering in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.), the Defendant, along with C, prepared a lodging place for a foreign woman engaged in commercial sex acts, such as E, F, I, etc., to wait at the place, and around March 24, 2016, by allowing the said “E” to purchase sex by using the word “D” sign, etc., and from that time, the Defendant, along with C, engaged in the act of arranging commercial sex acts by allowing the sexual intercourse to receive KRW 1.30,00 won for the purpose of sexual traffic or sexual intercourse.

4. By January 1, 200, foreign women engaged in commercial sex acts 3 to 4 times a day at Daejeon.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
