Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

Nevertheless, the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with D on May 3, 2009, and registered the Defendant’s share 3/4 and F’s share 1/4 under the name of title trustee D in the Changcheon District Court’s private registry office on June 3, 2009.
