Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million and by a fine of KRW 3 million, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a general manager responsible for the operation and management of a gate office by leasing the 4th floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B pays monthly taxes to Defendant A and operates a gate office by leasing part of the above office. The Defendants are all persons without a medical license.
No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.
1. On February 14, 2012, Defendant A: (a) without a license to perform a medical practice at his/her gate office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 4th floor; (b) provided D with facilities, such as bed and gates, strings, and standards, which are capable of providing a gate treatment; (c) provided a written consent to gate treatment to D; and (d) carried out a marcing procedure on the part of the skin by taking a knife at the crypt; and (d) provided a knife on the part of the skin during the cry office from around 2010 to October 12:50, 2012; and (d) sought a place where he/she was placed after being introduced a customer through an Internet bloc or rick; and (e) provided a 500,000 won to an unspecified number of customers with a license of KRW 90,000 for 80-90.
2. From July 10, 2012 to October 12:50, 2012, Defendant B provided without a license to perform a medical practice at his/her own gate office located in the 4th floor of the said C building, Defendant B provided with facilities, such as bed and gates, strings, and strings, which are capable of performing a literacy practice, and introduced customers through the strings, and opened them to the string of unspecified customers, with an excessive knife onto the knife on the part of the knife, and received as compensation for a 100,000 won.
