Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant is a legal entity established with the purpose of enhancing the honor of war veterans through the promotion of friendship and welfare of persons of distinguished service in the B, and the implementation of war veterans projects. 2) The Defendant is organized into a headquarters, branch, or direct circuit, and the branch is composed of a branch.
