Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The past disposition (1) was made on December 14, 1979 by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation No. 614, the Republic of Korea designated, as the industrial base development zone under the Industrial Sites and Development Act, the title "No. 942 of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation" as the title "No. 197-182 of the Daejeon District of National Land Management and Management Office of Daejeon National Land on December 29, 197, the approval of the execution plan for the development project of the ASEAN National Industrial Complex of Korea" was completed on December 29, 200.

(4) Meanwhile, on January 11, 2013, SPP Co., Ltd. obtained a building permit for the use of Class I neighborhood living facilities on the instant land from the Siljin market. On July 2013, 2013, it newly constructed a building building for the North JPPY on the instant land, one unit of the building area of which is 693.98 square meters.
