1. Defendant D’s KRW 2,00,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from October 16, 2006 to April 7, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company established on January 24, 2003 and engaged in shipbuilding, remodeling, repair, etc.; Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company established on April 25, 200 and engaged in the manufacturing of structures for vessels; Defendant C is the representative director of the Defendant Company; Defendant D is a representative director of the Defendant Company; from January 25, 2003 to July 12, 2006; and from April 1, 2009 to March 30, 2012, Defendant D was a person who served as the representative director of the Plaintiff.

B.
