Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of MFGJET. A.
On June 25, 2014, at around 09:25, the Defendant moved into a two-lane road in front of a station in the voice group of Chungcheongbuk-gun, and changed the lane into a one-lane.
In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to inform the direction change in advance and to change a lane safely by taking into account the traffic situation before and after the direction.
Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and caused the change of the lane to the left side of the defendant's vehicle due to the negligence of changing the way to the left side of the defendant's vehicle, which was proceeding at the right side of the E rocketing and other car volume, to the left side of the defendant's vehicle.
After all, the Defendant damaged the property equivalent to KRW 1,039,098, such as the repair cost, such as the back-to-hand fence of the damaged vehicle due to the above occupational negligence.
(b) No driver of a motor vehicle shall operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, etc., but the defendant is above.
