Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not have obtained his consent or consent to the issuance of a credit card from his own holder B, and even if using a credit card in the name B, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the price.

1. Around November 1, 2010, the Defendant forged a private document at the agency located in Yongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, entered “B” in the name column, “E” in the resident registration number column, and “B” in the applicant customer column, and signed in B’s name next to that name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of application between individual members under B, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as paragraph (1), delivered the application for the refusal of a forged personal member as the document duly formed, to an employee who was aware of the forgery.

3. On February 11, 2011, the Defendant: (a) obtained a cash loan of KRW 300,000,000 from the cash payment period managed by the non-victim using oneSK card under the name of B that was forged and issued with a credit card application; and (b) around that time, from around March 10, 201 to around March 10, 201, the Defendant stolen KRW 90,000,000 as indicated in the separate crime list (1) in the same manner.

4. Flag;

A. On January 27, 2011, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 700,00 from the owner of the business at G stores located in F of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and used one SK card under the above forged B.

However, the defendant did not have obtained the consent or consent of the use of the above card from B, and even if he purchased the above goods, he did not have any intention or ability to complete the payment.

The Defendant, from around that time to March 26, 201, is in the same manner as above.
