Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2020, at around 03:29, the Defendant, at around 03:29, abused the victim's face on one occasion with the left hand, on the ground that the victim C(64 years of age) expressed his desire to do so in the middle by kising himself. On July 27, 2020, the Defendant used the victim's head at one time with the left hand.
