A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. On January 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:15, at the Cheongju-si Cheongju-si Cheongju-si restaurant “E” operated by the Victim D (Inn, 72 years of age) (E); (b) however, the Defendant was able to request the victim to provide alcohol on the grounds of the level of the level of the injury inflicted on the victim; (c) while the victim was unable to provide alcohol on the grounds of the level of the injury inflicted on the victim; and (d) by doing so, the Defendant was able to take a bath for the victim; and (d) caused the victim to inflict an injury on the victim for approximately six weeks
