[However, the part concerning the Defendant Han Savings Bank is as follows. In other words, where Defendant B, a person having chonsegwon, bears the obligation to cancel the registration of chonsegwon establishment to the Plaintiff, a person having chonsegwon, the Defendant Han Savings Bank, which has completed the additional registration by establishing a collateral security on the right to lease on a deposit basis, constitutes a third party with an interest in the registration, and is also obligated under the substantive law to give consent necessary for the procedure for registration of cancellation of the right to lease on a deposit basis (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 97Da33997, Feb. 5, 199).
