Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 26, 2010, the Defendant entered into a contract for sale in lots with Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Land Trust”) (hereinafter “instant contract for sale in lots”) (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with the Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant contract for sale in lots”) on B apartment No. 105 and 702 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) at Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and another Mine Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul”), as a contractor, affixed a seal on the said contract for sale in lots as a truster, and the main contents of the said contract are as follows.

The truster's name-based industry and the trustee's land trust shall sell the above property, and the purchaser shall enter into a land trust contract with the master industry for the land trust business under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, and the purchaser shall be aware that the said property will be sold in lots as set forth in the above land trust contract, and shall enter into the supply contract as follows:

The scheduled date of occupancy: Article 7 (Payment of Loans and Interest in Advance) (1) of the Act on July 2012 (in the event of a somewhat change according to the process, it shall be made within the scope of loans for part payments approved by financial institutions from the time of the payment of part payments after the conclusion of the contract by the purchaser.
