B. On June 20, 2018, the Defendant requested the relevant agencies, etc. to review and consult on whether the instant project plan conflicts with other relevant statutes, and received the response as follows.

C. On July 17, 2018, the Defendant requested the Plaintiff to supplement the instant business plan, including the following:
