1. Details of the instant disposition

가. 원고는 2012. 9. 24. 부산다이아몬드주식회사(이하 ‘부산다이아몬드’라고 한다)의 제관 및 용접공으로 입사하여 철 구조물 또는 기계 제작과 관련한 제관 및 용접업무를 수행하던 중 2013. 3. 29. 작업장에서 점심식사를 한 뒤 수면을 취한 후 사업주가 관리하는 시설물의 결함에 의해 찬바람을 많이 쐬는 바람에 벨마비(이하 ‘이 사건 상병’이라고 한다)가 발생되었다는 이유로 피고에게 요양급여를 신청하였다.
