Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2013, the Defendant entered into a motor vehicle lease agreement with the employees of the Korea Social Services Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) and the lessee with respect to the motor vehicles of DST350, whose representative director is the Defendant, on the part of the injured party at the business office of Native Motor Vehicle 284, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and then received the said motor vehicle lease agreement with the content of KRW 48 months, the lease period, and the monthly lease amount of KRW 2,784,850.

While the Defendant kept a passenger car owned by the victim company as above, he/she provided money from E on October 2014 and embezzled the said passenger car as collateral.
