1. The part of the instant lawsuit, which requested the acceptance of administrative fines, shall be dismissed.

2. The defendant shall enter the annexed list No. 1 from the plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment made by the confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The part dismissed (the part concerning the claim for acceptance of liability, such as tax and liability insurance premium), even if the defendant was given a judgment to accept the obligation to pay an administrative fine against the defendant, as alleged by the plaintiff, the obligation to pay the administrative fine imposed upon the plaintiff or the tax authority shall not be deemed to have been transferred from the plaintiff to the defendant, or the plaintiff'

Therefore, the part concerning the claim for acceptance of fines for negligence in the lawsuit of this case is unlawful as there is no benefit of lawsuit.

4. Amendment to the Act on Special Cases concerning the Facilitation, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissals to the rate of 12% per annum.
