A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing business in Ulsan-gu F, Ulsan-gu, and Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B, who is in charge of general business affairs such as direction of work and safety management for its employees.

D Co., Ltd. is a corporation established by G for the purpose of manufacturing business, etc., and Defendant C is a representative director of Defendant D Co., Ltd. who takes general charge of business affairs such as direction of work and safety management for its employees.
