Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 4, 2014, at around 20:20, the Defendant operated a bicycle for a motor device of Busan B B B B but 125cc, which led to the front side of the Busan Dong-dong Hyundai department store department store center in front of the Busan Dong-dong department store center, to the front side of the parking lot of the modern department store.
