A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as the head of the sales promotion team of the victim C Co., Ltd. (former Co., Ltd. D) located in Chungcheong budget-gun, from the end of June 2015 to June 30, 2016, has been engaged in the sale and management of EworkP vouchers vouchers operated by the said company.

On June 30, 2016, the Defendant retired from the said company, and embezzled the EworkC, which is equivalent to KRW 29,040,000, at the market price owned by the victim while on duty, to use it for customer promotion.

2. Around June 2018, the Defendant changed securities, without authority, from the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and the Defendant’s house located in (F) and (G) to conclude that the valid period of the right to use a short-wave, as seen above, remains, and without authority, used a part of the purchaser purchased from Seodaemun-gu, and affixed a seal on “31, 2018.” From around that time to August 2019, the Defendant changed 605 of the right to use the short-wave, as shown in the list of crimes.

3. Around June 2018, the Defendant at the above Defendant’s home, sold 20,000 won the right to use altered securities at the Internet H bulletin board.

“” posted a letter, and presented to I who reported and contacted this, as seen above, that I sold Chapter 2 as if they were actually issued, and thereafter, sold Chapter 605 of the right to use a warranty, which was modified to H users, from around that time to August 2019, as shown in the attached list of crimes, as well as from around that time to around 2019.

4. From July 2018 to August 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business, through a deceptive scheme, such as allowing the buyer to use the right to use a warranty, which was modified, to the user of the right to use a warranty, as described in paragraph (3), operated by J D Co., Ltd. from around July 2018 to around August 2019, by presenting the altered right to use a warranty to the employee of the victim company.
