On September 2, 2015, at around 07:15, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at a section of about 2 km from the airport market located in Daegu Dong-dong-dong to the frontway of the selling mountain commission located in the same Do-dong, Daegu Do-dong under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.130%.
