A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

C. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 g of phiphones into Jcom in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, and 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with bio-water, and continued to injecting H’s arms in the same manner.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided H with philophones and administered them.
