1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,37,257 and KRW 19,683,852 among the Plaintiff and KRW 3,659,978 among the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 12, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for new construction of electric power resource C (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the terms and conditions as follows (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with respect to the construction of electric power resource housing located in Nam-si (hereinafter “instant construction”) and contracted the instant construction to the Defendant.

(1) A construction period: From May 12, 2014 to October 12, 2014: (2): 22:00,000 won (excluding value-added tax): (i) the payment method of the contract amount: 80,000,000 won per day upon the conclusion of the contract; (iii) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 70,000 per day at the time of creative work 30,000; (iv) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 22,00,000; (v) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 20,000; and (v) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 20,000; and (v) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 30,000; and (v) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 20,000; and (v) the payment of the construction amount of KRW 15,200; and (v) the payment of the construction amount of the construction amount of KRW 20.
