Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the Daegu District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 11:40 on April 19, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA car at a section of about 4 km up to 0.129% of alcohol level 0.129% on the roads in front of Daegu Northern-gu C, Daegu-gu, the same Sigdong-gu.
