A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 20, 2014, at around 19:59, the Defendant: (a) driven a bus in the Grandland, which was driven along the two-lanes of the four-lane road in the vicinity of the Yeongdeungpo-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si; (b) changed the Defendant’s two-lane course to the two-lane in which the Defendant is driving; (c) the Defendant used the said SP car along the following behind the said SP car; (d) operated the CP car, raising the headlight, and followed the said victim’s vehicle by changing the course into one-lane, and (e) was willing to set up and vision the said SP car.
At the time, all vehicles, including the first and the second lanes, continue to run at normal speed, and when the vehicle in the first lane is driven by the vehicle in the first lane, the vehicle driving along the first lane is not faced and may lead to large-scale accidents. However, on August 20, 2014, the Defendant, even though there is no reason to stop the vehicle in the front of the above SP car driven by the victim D, was completely reduced and stopped at approximately KRW 5 and 6 seconds, even though there is no reason to stop the vehicle in the front of the said SP car driven by the victim D.
Therefore, when the victim D stops the above SP car by operating it rapidly, the G rocketing car driven by F (hereinafter referred to as F, 49 years old) was not stopped or stopped by the above SP car, and the above SP car was the front part of the FP car with the front part of the above SP car.
As a result, the Defendant stopped on an expressway, while interfering with the traffic of the expressway, and thereby hindering the traffic of the expressway, suffered from the injury of the confluent salt, tensions, etc. to the victim H(23 years old) who is the passenger of the above spke car, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
