1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 4,116,79; (b) KRW 6,393,808; (c) KRW 696,751; and (d) KRW 1,711.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant, an insurance company whose purpose is insurance business, is an insurance company, as set forth below, refers to the FC’s brokerage of conclusion of the insurance contract, maintenance of the contract, and FC’s conduct of such business as the FC’ between the Plaintiffs on the date stated below.

FIeld Manager (hereinafter referred to as “FM”) that entrusts the Plaintiffs with such tasks as commission, education, training, etc.

3) A commission contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant commission contract”)

(1) On December 23, 2013, Gwangju 3D 4D 4D 23 December 2013, 2013, from the date of concluding the contract of the Plaintiff, the provisions related to the payment and redemption of the commission under the instant commissioning contract between Ulsan 7 G G 7 July 1, 2013 and Ulsan 8 HH 8H 2, October 23, 2013, at the time of concluding the contract of the Plaintiff are as follows.

Article 6 (Payment, etc. of Fees) (1) Upon the conclusion of this Agreement, the Company shall set forth in the main sentence of the commission contract or the documents attached thereto, and shall obtain the consent of the FM in the Regulations on Fees-Related Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines for Payment of Fees"), and give full explanation thereof.

(3) A company shall include specific methods by which FM can peruse guidelines for payment of fees in the main sentence of a contract or attached documents, and shall allow FM to peruse the details of payment of his/her allowances through the internal computer network on a regular basis.

3. Criteria for paying various fees.

(b) Where the support fees meet the criteria set forth in the guidelines for the payment of support fees, fees may be paid for early settlement, support of activities, and long-term activities;

4. Redemption of fees;

(a) recover the results and fees for failure to maintain the 18th period due to early loss, termination, etc.;

(b) recover the results and fees upon the early termination of the lump-sum payment;

(c)any modification, invalidation and termination not more than 18 times;
