1. The defendant's points out of the real estate stated in the separate sheet to the plaintiff are as follows: ①, ②, ③, ④, and ①.
Reasons
1. On December 22, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the lease deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 700,000 (including additional taxes, public charges), and the lease period from December 22, 2014 with respect to the third floor of building 108.87 square meters listed in the attached Table.
Since January 1, 2018, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff that the said lease contract was terminated on the ground of the overdue rent for at least two (2) years from August 4, 2020.
Since the lease contract is terminated, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff.
