1. The Defendant terminated the title trust on August 16, 2019 with respect to the shares of 2/10 among the vehicles listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

(a) The reasons for the claim are as shown in the annex;

B. Of the vehicles listed in the separate sheet, the Plaintiff’s heir C, a title trustee of the 9/10 shares in the 9/10 shares among the vehicles indicated in the separate sheet, who succeeded to the status of the title trustee with respect to the 2/10 shares out of the said vehicles, terminated the title trust agreement with respect to the Defendant, and accordingly, sought the implementation of the ownership transfer registration procedure with respect to the 2/10 shares out of the said vehicles
