A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since March 2017, the Defendant came to know through the introduction of chimen, the relationship between the victim B (n, 25 years of age) and the Habman from March 2017 to September 2018, and about 1 year and 6 months from September 2018, the Defendant was living together at the victim’s residence located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City City City Labor-Management Group from the end of March 2017.

The Defendant, due to the absence of a certain occupation, has seriously sealed the victim’s living expenses, tobacco smoking, etc., and eventually, from the end of September 2018, the Defendant heard the horses from the victim from the end of September, 2018, and became a full hicker in October 2018 when the Defendant went out of the said residence.

The defendant demanded the victim to re-explate, and the victim was frightened on the ground that the victim did not comply with the request.

1. No person shall take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or any other machine equipped with similar functions, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show the photographs thereof;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On July 23, 2018, around 200:59, the victim and the defendant’s residence were in possession of the victim living together at the time against the victim’s will, using the phone 6S mobile phone camera, to photograph the victim’s son’s son or son’s son’s son’s son or son’s son’s son or son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

B. On October 14, 2018, at around 23:00, in front of the E convenience store in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the victim’s hedgingd, and the victim’s bat, as seen in Section 1-A(a) above, is flicked, and the victim’s bat, which he/she used, is connected to the flat 6S mobile phone that he/she used.
