A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving a car in C.C.

On March 28, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant driving a car in the Crocco under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.065% at the section of about 5km from the front of the “Yano-si” road located in the Joh-si Sin Sin Sin-si (Seoul), to the front road located in the Jasung-gun, Jasung-gun, Gangwon-do, the same day from 23:40 on the same day.
