Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CF car.

On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driving the said car at around 23:02, and driving the front road in front of the vehicle D in the Yeongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City at the front city with one speed of 87.3 km each hour of 87.3 km each hour among the three-lanes of the dratum Hospital at the seat of the Seog square. As such, the Defendant had a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front city in compliance with 48 km each hour at which the highest speed is reduced by 20 km each hour, and to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulatinging the direction and operating the steering system in front of the front city.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not properly operate the restricted speed exceeding 39.3 km per hour on the front side of the pertinent vehicle at the right side of the road in the direction of the operation of the said vehicle, and did not find out the victim F (32 years of age) who gets off the crosswalk at the right side of the pedestrian signal in a red light, and caused the victim to go out of the road with the front part of the said vehicle in front of the said vehicle, thereby causing the victim's body to go out of the road on April 28, 2016.
