1. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff KRW 60,000,000.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings, the following facts are revealed: ① on August 1, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant for the lease deposit of KRW 90 million, the lease deposit of KRW 50 million from August 15, 2014, and the lease term of KRW 12 months from August 15, 2014; ② the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the lease agreement on July 6, 2017; ③ the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 30 million out of the lease deposit.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the lease deposit to the Plaintiff (i.e., KRW 90 million - KRW 30 million).

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted.
